Change can be painful, we often feel ill equipped to cope with big stuff that life throws at us. There’s not always a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and unfortunately you just need to go through the hard yards. Sometimes though, you need to fall apart to come back together, the reinforced version of yourself more able to cope with the challenges.
