It's a placement known as being in "fall," meaning the planet's usual directness gets blocked. You probably won't see people picking fights over this period but you may see them going quiet, defensive, or overly focused on home and family instead of saying what's actually bothering them.
So perhaps you can expect more passive-aggression than open conflict over the next six weeks. If something's wrong, you may have to dig for it. Good use of the transit would be to put your energy into your home and the people closest to you, since that's where Mars actually wants to act right now. Don't expect quick decisiveness from anyone, including yourself.
