The Sun Steps Into Leo

Today the Sun crosses into Leo. Four weeks where the year turns toward performance, play and the parts of ourselves we usually keep for best. I personally love Leo dominant energy, they usually bring the party and are great company.

Jupiter, the planet of expansion and luck, has been sitting in Leo since early summer and is building toward a cazimi on the 29th of July, this is the point where it sits at the heart of the Sun. Expect the coming days to bring more confidence than usual, maybe more drama too. I forgot to mention that although Leo energy is fun, it is usually accompanied by a soupçon of drama.

Sun is squaring Saturn, retrograde in Aries right now. Wherever you’re tempted to perform for an audience, Saturn wants to know who you’re really doing it for.

Mercury stations direct in the next few days, so conversations that have been circling should start moving again.

Leo season is asking you to take up space, but to mean it when you do and if it’s going be fun make sure you do it to great aplomb!
